At Dragon Egg Games, we want your legendary apparel to fit perfectly. If your gear isn't the right fit for your next quest, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Loot

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Reward

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
